Bighting the Bullet

Well we decided today that we are going to bite the bullet and put our house at a price that is below what we bought it for 3.5 years ago.  Our house has been for sale for almost a year and we have had very little activity and now is the time to get serious.  My husband Paul works 40 miles from our house and brings the kids to daycare near his work.  This drive is really starting to take a toll on him and it is time to do something about it.  I drive for my work all the time so another 40 miles each way isn't a big deal to me.  We have a feeling that our new price is going to create a lot of activity so we are preparing ourselves that we will be moving.  We are likely going to build a house, which is something that I never thought we would do, but the inventory of houses where we are going to live are very low and we haven't found anything that we like.  I'm scared to build as both Paul and I are not very good at visualizing and building requires a lot of that, but thank goodness we have Jen who is an expert with this given she just build their dream house!  Look for updates in the coming months of our journey of building our future dream house.
